Monday-Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM

We understand that emergencies occur – and cat’s disappear- but please try to provide 24 hour notice whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25 if an appointment is repeatedly rescheduled on short notice. In the event of repeated last minute cancellations, we reserve the right to request a deposit when the appointment is rescheduled.
