Payment
Payment is required at the completion of your pet’s appointment. If your pet is hospitalized for the day, you will be required to make a 50% deposit at the time of admission. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment options: cash, check, CareCredit, and credit cards.
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Personal Checks
While we accept personal checks, if we have had a check returned for insufficient funds for your account, we will no longer be able to accept personal checks from you. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a fee of $25.
CareCredit
CareCredit works like a credit card but is exclusively for health care services. This card offers no-interest payment terms. You can use your CareCredit card over and over for all your pet’s visits with us. Pet Insurance
Many owners purchase pet insurance to help them afford veterinary health care. The staff of Mass Veterinary Services is pleased to provide you with extra copies of your pet’s medical records and invoice for submission to your insurance company. Simply discuss the matter with the receptionist at your next appointment.
